COMISSIONS
COMISSIONS ARE OPEN!
I take all sorts of different commissions. Do you have a favourite type of flower? Do you want to memorialize your wedding bouquet? Or do you have a special design in mind? I want to hear all about it!
Once you have contacted me, you are put on an ongoing commission waitlist. Wait times for commissions do vary significantly, but I try my best to work through commissions in a timely manner. If you have questions about your commission request, please contact me directly and I can provide you with a more accurate wait time. Please keep in mind that special requests take time - I want you to love your commission and I want to do your vision or bouquet justice.
Communication is key! When contacting me with a commission request, I do require as much information as possible, including:
- The size you would prefer (for example: 8x8, 10x10, 10x12, 8" or 16" diameter)
- The shape of canvas you would prefer (square, rectangle, circle, etc.)
- Specific types of flowers
- Colour scheme (also any colours you would like to omit)
- As many pictures as possible of your vision or bouquet (close up pictures of bouquets are preferred, but I can do my best to work with any pictures you have)

1. SUBMITTING INTITAL REQUEST
Once you have submitted your initial commission request, I will contact you as soon as possible with pricing. Keep in mind that pricing is reflective of the size of canvas and number of flowers. Please contact me for a more complete pricing list.
2. DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Once the commission and pricing has been agreed upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours. It is non-refundable due to the large amount of time and planning which goes into each commission.
3. IN PROGRESS
During the creation process, I will contact you periodically with updates and pictures. I may also require clarification on some things. I will be sure to keep in contact!
4. COMPLETION & SHIPPING
Once the commission is complete & drying, and you as the customer approves the final piece, the remaining 50% of payment is required along with the additional shipping costs (if applicable). This remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that depending on the size of the commission, it may require upwards of one week to fully dry before shipping.
